Requirements for Installment Purchase

• To qualify for our installment plan, please provide the following documents:

  1. Certified copy of ID

  2. Copy of driver’s license

  3. Proof of income

     • If employed: A confirmation letter from your employer

     • If self-employed: A police affidavit stating your occupation and monthly income

  4. Proof of residence (police affidavit or utility bill)

  5. Copy of ID (next of kin)

  6. 3-Month bank statement

Requirements for Installment Purchase

• Second-hand vehicles are sold as they are (“Voetstoots”).

• Breach of agreement will attract a 30% interest charge on each owing month.

• The seller carries no warranty or guarantee on second-hand vehicles.

• The seller gives a 6-month warranty on the engine and gearbox for unregistered motor vehicles.

• The commitment fee is non-refundable.

• Once signed by both parties, the transaction is non-reversible.

• Failure to pay monthly installments for three (3) consecutive months will result in the vehicle being repossessed and retained by the garage until payment resumes.

• Failure to settle the full balance by the end of the contract will result in the vehicle being repossessed and resold, with no refunds to the buyer.

• The buyer must insure the vehicle — the garage will not be responsible for any damages or accidents.

• The vehicle registration book will be handed over after full payment, and ownership transfer will be completed within two (2) weeks thereafter.
